Private voice lessons include classic technical training, with repertoire including everything from Pop, Rock, Classical, Arias, light Opera, Country, microphone training, audition preparation and musical theater instruction. We stress voice protection while working towards improving vocal performance, expanding vocal range and dynamics, vocal tone, musical theory, sight singing, connecting chest, face and head voice. We work towards eliminating stage fright by boosting performance confidence. Professional studio recording is also available for students to make their own CDs.

Piano/Keyboard lessons include reading music, music theory, and playing familiar songs. Our Teaching method is somewhat unique in that we take a chordal approach while also teaching notes in both hands, enabling students to sight read quickly while learning to improvise and create and compose their own music. This approach works for both the youngest child as well as seasoned adults. Students can gravitate towards any genre they desire. Singing while playing will be encouraged.

Private guitar lessons on Acoustic, Electric, Classical and Bass guitar include reading and playing notes and chords in the following genres: Rock, Pop, Folk, Classical, Country, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues. Music theory and fun is included. Ukulele lessons include reading notes, learning chords and strumming/picking techniques for various genres, including Rock, Pop, Country and Hawaiian music.

Saxophone, Flute, Clarinet, Tuba & More. Wind instrument lessons include sight-reading and playing, music theory and performance techniques while building confidence to play in groups or perform as a soloist. Students will also learn how to transpose music to fit their instrument as needed.

Workshops include vocal and audition techniques, staging, theater games, improvisation, monologues, scene rehearsal, production/planning a show, sound and lighting setups, costuming, script writing, directing and performance.

We help beginning students understand various rhythms and the importance of keeping the correct beat. We teach students how to read percussion/drum music while also learning to adlib and keep the beat for a band. Advanced students will learn more complicated rhythms and advanced drumming and percussion techniques.

Harmonica lessons will cover learning to read notes and various techniques to add harmony and solo lines to songs. Music theory will also be taught. Genres include Rhythm and Blues, Rock, Pop and Country.

Violin, Fiddle, Viola, Cello and Bass lessons include the Suzuki method for all ages. The Suzuki method teaches students using a nurturing and motivational approach. Our teacher is of the highest quality with many years of experience. Violin students can start lessons as early as 4 years old. A parent or guardian is required for students 4-6 years of age.
